This completes Cornerstone’s approval to sell and service loans for all three of the agencies, Freddie Mac, FNMA, and Ginnie Mae.

Acquiring Freddie Mac approval has made it possible for Cornerstone to have a full offering of mortgage products. Cornerstone has set itself apart from the competition by becoming a Freddie Mac seller/servicer, in addition to their Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae service approvals. This fantastic news makes Cornerstone one of the few companies in the region to obtain Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae approval.
