This marks the fourth consecutive year Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. has been named to this list.Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. is the only Mortgage Banker named on the Top Workplaces list in 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015.
Every year, Workplace Dynamics and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch come together to recognize local companies that create a positive work environment for their employees. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey. To qualify for the Top Workplaces list, 35% of a company’s employees must complete the survey. Cornerstone surpassed this requirement once again, having a 71% response rate from its employees.
