Just wanted to say how great the folks at Cornerstone have been on our recent refi. Tony Pogrelis was knowledgeable and professional and extremely efficient. The loan processor Besima Ponjevic was focused and professional. She made it seem that we were her main task and completed her portion of the deal in what seemed to be almost hours. Another shout out to Ruth Feldewerth, our closing specialist. Extra special attention and very friendly and accommodating. You can tell she really likes what she does. I told the above crew that I would tell friends and family about the great experience we had and I already have begun to do that.When I was considering a refinance, I called Tony after I searched the web for Cornerstone’s contact info. I am not really sure why Cornerstone was the first mortgage company that popped into my head. After a very informative conversation with Tony, I asked my 3 grown daughters for references on mortgage companies Within minutes, the older two replied that they had or were currently using Cornerstone. One had refinanced a little while back and the other is currently waiting to close on her new home. What does that mean. To me, it sounds like you have the market covered. Myself being 55 and my wife being 61 and retired; my oldest daughter and her husband being 40 and doing a refi; and the other daughter is 34 and getting her first house. I can’t tell you enough how great these folks have treated us. They are the front line reps of your company and they made your name shine.
