St. Louis, Missouri (April 5, 2012) – Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. is thrilled to announce that 21 of our loan officers were honored to be on the 2012 5 Star Mortgage Professional list according to the April issue of the St. Louis Magazine. We want to personally congratulate Mark Anderson, Ryan Becker, Brad Bradford, Sandy Bievenue, Thomas Cobb, Sherry Cross, Marie Cuddihee, Dave DeNoyer, Kathy Duckworth, Jack Dudek, Lisa Faulkner-Dudek, Cookie Hines, Mark Mayfield, Lori Nowakowski, Kevin O’Connell, Jeff Pasternak, Ellen Rigel, Frank Ruzicka, Chris Scheer, Scott Shafman, and Paul Turin for making it on this year’s exclusive award list. Many of our Loan Officers have been selected to be on the 5 Star Mortgage Professional List on a consecutive basis over the past years. Cornerstone makes it our number one priority to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

One of our senior loan officers, Dave DeNoyer, states that one of the most important things is to treat his clients like he would want to be treated. He believes something as simple as the golden rule can help a client feel that their financial needs are being met. Cornerstone’s mortgage professionals take great value in listening to their borrowers and making sure they go the extra mile to get the very best options for their purchase or refinance goal.

The Five Star Mortgage Professional program is designed to showcase the lenders in the local market with the highest client satisfaction. The final list is evaluated by the overall client satisfaction score, representing only 7% of the mortgage professionals in the local St. Louis area. This program surveyed 10,000 to 50,000 recent homebuyers and 250 local mortgage companies in their research. The program only evaluated individuals who had a personal experience working with a mortgage professional. The top scoring professionals were reviewed by a panel of industry experts who compiled the final list, published in the April issue of the St. Louis Magazine.
