4 Essential marketing automation tools for agents
Marketing automation helps real estate agents keep in touch with their clients while providing the reporting needed for real estate professionals to grow their brand. The following are a few marketing automation tools that Smartmortgage/Guild uses to improve our client experience.
Homebot is a tool that Guild provides free for everyone who closes a loan with us. It gives homeowners insight into their home equity and options on what they can do with it. Each homeowner receives a monthly home equity report email complete with the contact info of their loan officer, and if the partners want to participate*, with the agent partner as well. If the client is interested in acting on any of the information in the email, they have their real estate resources right there to reference.
By providing mutual clients key insights into their home, real estate partners can potentially:
- Generate more repeat and referral business
- Maximize listings and new purchase deals
- Build deeper relationships with clients
Many real estate agents give their clients closing gifts but choosing the right one for the client can be a guessing game. Evabot is a service that uses artificial intelligence to select the best gift based on the client’s answers to a few select questions. It is a powerful way to drive referrals, collect testimonials, and build a branded experience—all while showing appreciation to clients. Guild has Evabot integrated into our CRM so that gifts can be sent automatically at closing.
Real estate agents will need to sign up for their own Evabot account and send closing gifts separately. Check with Evabot directly to see if integration is possible for your CRM.
Guild to Go app
The Guild to Go app allows agents to refer new clients, order pre-approval letters, and track the status of their clients’ loans, all on the go. The Guild to Go app gives agents the flexibility to look up client financing information in real-time, on their phone, automating what used to take a phone call.
Status update emails
Throughout the loan process, customers and agents will also be notified through automated status update emails when milestones in the financing process have been reached. Automating notifications around key activities helps keep everyone on the same page.
While Guild can help keep clients and agents in the loop with their financing, agents should take advantage of the automation features in their own CRM software as well. Suppose your CRM does not offer email marketing automation. In that case, you may be able to integrate e an email marketing software like MailChimp, which allows you to quickly and easily schedule bulk emails to prospective clients. You can also use it to re-engage past clients and analyze email campaigns.
