The Five Star Mortgage Professional program is designed to showcase the lenders in the local market with the highest client satisfaction. The final list is decided by the overall client satisfaction score, representing less than 3% of the mortgage professionals in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. 10,000 to 50,000 recent homebuyers and 250 local mortgage companies were surveyed in their research.
