This also marks his 14th year with Cornerstone as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Mortgage Banker. Throughout the years, he has been a top producer and an asset to the origination team.
Dave’s key to success was following a simple guiding principal which was to treat others as he wanted to be treated. He used this model to build long lasting relationships with both his clients and referral partners. Dave continues to get referrals from agents that he started partnerships with 30 years ago. In addition, 50% of his business is from past customer referrals. His reputation is a true testament of his consistent communication and dedication he puts into every loan file.
Through the ups and downs of the mortgage industry, Dave’s credibility and sound lending advice has set a positive example in the community. Cornerstone has also allowed him to be the captain of his loans so that he can help his borrowers with all of the moving parts of an application.

Her strong work ethic, high level of customer service and honesty has made her a great asset to his team. Dave’s wife, Marlene, has also played a role in his business growth. Her positive attitude and continuous support has motivated him to reach his production goals.
