Brett joins the team as a Senior Mortgage Banker. Before coming to Cornerstone, Brett Manlove was a licensed Realtor® and owned his own property management company. He was also a top producing loan officer for five years in consumer direct lending. Brett has more than 15 years of experience in real estate services and has a five star rating on Zillow. He has been a part of hundreds of purchase transactions, as a lender and realtor.
Brett wants to keep his clients for life. Integrity and trust are very important to him. He stays in touch with them throughout the loan process and follows up after closing. Brett is experienced in conventional, jumbo, VA, FHA and USDA financing as well as first time buyer programs. He really enjoys working with veterans on the finance or refinance of their home.

Brett was born and raised in Kansas City. When he isn’t working, he likes going to the Lake of the Ozarks, traveling, camping, watching Kansas City Royals and Chiefs games and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
