Now that most of the moving boxes have been unpacked and the dust has settled per say, I wanted to drop a little note to commend Adrian and the whole team at Cornerstone who made the house buying process less scary! I’m a first time home buyer and was referred to Cornerstone by the Kathy Helbig Group, who I know are fantastic partners of theirs.
From the first email with Adrian, he was thorough and knowledgeable without talking over my head, accessible and responsive, taking calls on the weekends and in the evening, and genuinely seemed to care about walking me through the process. I also enjoyed some of our small talk and feel like he got to know me as a person and vice versa.
Besima was also a pleasure to deal with. Even though our exchanges were just through email, I felt like I was a priority. I know she appreciated how quickly I would get information to her, but I credit Cornerstone with keeping me on track and laying out the process so there were no surprises.
Susan was my closing specialist and was very professional and friendly. Getting her voicemail that everything was “good to go” was one of the best messages EVER!
I didn’t work too much with Dana but I never expected the appraisal to come in LOWER than the price I bid, so kudos for that.

All in all, I appreciate everyone guiding me through the home buying process ESPECIALLY Adrian! I don’t often play the single Mom card but buying a house for my daughter Addy and I was to date my proudest Mom moment. Being able to provide a home for my daughter and I to create years worth of memories is truly PRICELESS. Thanks for everything!
