I just wanted to take a minute to express how grateful I am for your company getting me approved for a home to raise my first born child in. At the beginning of this process, I had contacted a lender who was referred to me by my realtor. The person was nice but could not find me the best loan out there for me. I was really heartbroken because I have moved all my life, several times a year, and my dream was to provide my child with a home to be raised in. Once the offer was submitted and the seller accepted, Mrs. Martin and her processor, Lori Stomboly, started with the paperwork right away. I was so shocked to start getting documents and information from these two women so quickly. I knew at that moment, I had the best team out there for me to buy a house. Once the paperwork started, if I had any questions day or night, Mrs. Martin and/or Ms. Stomboly were always there to answer the phone and my questions. At the end of the purchasing process, Mrs. Martin and Ms. Stomboly worked so hard, I even got money back at the closing. You buy house and you get money back. How could that of been any better? This process went so smoothly and I owe all the efforts to my team, Brandi Martin and Lori Stomboly. I could not be happier or more satisfied than I am at this moment. I feel like I could never repay you for the services you provided me and how nice it was to work with you.
