I just wanted to take the time to let you know about my experience in working with Adrian and Cornerstone Mortgage. From the first conversation I had with Adrian I felt comfortable and at ease when speaking with him about the loan process. He explained everything so clearly and was very helpful whenever there was anything I didn’t understand. He was also very personable and professional. I prefer the way Adrian works on behalf of Cornerstone Mortgage over any other mortgage loan provider I had spoken with. He didn’t hound me or make promises about my loan before he even met with me like others will do. He explained the whole process first. I very much appreciate that we went over every detail of what I would need to qualify in the beginning so everything seemed like smooth sailing. If for some reason I would not have been able to qualify for my loan, I would have still recommended Adrian because he would have explained what I would need to do to qualify in the future. I was happy to have someone in this industry be so professional and HONEST every step of the way. Adrian was extremely knowledgeable about the loan process and was able to answer any questions I had quickly and with explanations to follow. Adrian, Besima, and Jen Swiger always made me feel like I was the most important customer every time I called or whenever they contacted me. I don’t normally expect to speak with anyone after business hours, but Adrian and Besima were both available and working on my loan at times in the evening or weekend (I would never expect this, but I sure do appreciate it!). I just wanted to thank you and everyone else I worked with at Cornerstone Mortgage. I would HIGHLY recommend Adrian to any of my friends, family members, and peers and I honestly mean that. I am so happy to be in my home and very much appreciate all of the hard work from Adrian and Cornerstone Mortgage!! If I could buy you all a big gift I would, but I have to pay my mortgage:).
