As someone who recruits and looks for top talent for a living, I feel confident in saying you have one the best processors in the business. It was evident in the daily communication we received how hard Besima was working for us. Not only did she work tirelessly on our loan, but she has an extremely pleasant attitude and was wonderful to work with. There were times we wanted to throw in the towel and give up (as you know, our loan was a bit more difficult than most), but because we liked Besima so much, we couldn’t stop. In fact, I think she made us work a little harder seeing how hard she was working. It almost felt like we did not want to let her down. Mary Finkes as well!
